# Transparência

Sempre é bom saber como está a situação da hospedagem que você está utilizando, a final de contas, ela estará sendo a responsável por manter o seu servidor disponível para todos.

Procure empresas que sejam transparentes, e que façam práticas que sustem isso, como:

* Anunciam sobre as mudanças que estão ocorrendo e que desejam fazer na empresa
* Digam o motivo de um problema ter ocorrido e o problema em si para todos publicamente (normalmente isso é feito pelo Discord ou página de status)
* Tenham uma página de status com utilização de recursos de casa node publicamente disponível juntamente com o seu uptime e histórico de acontecimentos.
* Sejam transparentes com o que estão vendendo, que tenham na página inicial e "na sua cara" o hardware, recursos, características e informações sobre a hospedagem.
