# Legais

Não no sentido de serem divertidos, mas no sentido de estarem registrados corretamente, uma empresa brasileira, por exemplo, precisará de um CNPJ.

Entretanto, muitas empresas não são registradas ou são registradas incorretamente, e você deve evitar a todos os custos uma empresa que não está cumprindo isso. Para isso procure no site da empresa algum registro, normalmente está no footer (Parte bem lá de baixo do site) o CNPJ/Registro.

Uma empresa não registrada não terá um CNPJ ou MEI (Micro Empreendedor Individual), enquanto uma empresa não registrada corretamente terá um MEI ou CNPJ com atividades incorretas.

MEI não pode vender hospedagens, pois não podem realizar a atividade necessária, em muitos casos eles terão atividades gerais da internet, mas não estarão registradas na atividade correta.

Um CNPJ estará registrado incorretamente se não tiver a atividade correta, sendo a atividade que deve estar registrada denominada de **CNAE 6311-9/00**. Podendo ser facilmente conferida por apenas copiar o CNPJ e colar no Google, trará todas as atividades que a empresa realiza juntamente com algumas informações adicionais.
